On MHI3/MPR3 in unit 5F in byte 5 we set the bits as follows:
bit 0=1
bit 1=0
IMPORTANT! After changing the encoding, the unit must be rebooted so that the firmware rereads the encoding and displays the new RS monitor item in the Car menu

I did the above codings and i now get the rs display. But the G-meter shows 0 all the time  and correct me if i am wrong but should actual oil temps or fluid temps be shown in the main one or just color coded based on temperature ?  |
