Works fine on mine (march 2017) haven't tried mim as I have a iPhone and nothing with mirrorlink, just make sure the engine isn't running

Works on 11.17 FL R fine up to 210 km/h, above comes the warning and the screen turns black

I got 7.5 golf r ive done vim mim using obd11 but still cant get samsung s8 to fully mirror it cuts back to carmode app

Not unless you can crack the security code (its ties in to your VIN) or you have VCP

i am also trying to enable VIM and MIM during driving in my golf gtd 2018 fl.
i have installed in my car a discover pro.
Can I code these functions manually or do I have to use the app & credits?
I use the OBDeleven Pro version on my Samsung tab.
