I have an American version of Audi A5 and measument units are miles/miles per hour on Virtual Cockpit. There is a setting to change miles to km in cars menu, but in the center of the speedometer there are still miles even it is fully virtual. I saw in the long coding menu that there is a setting to change dashboard measurements, could you please add a one click for that?

I can't believe how quick that was, thanks a lot guys, really appreciate it.
I tried it out, Speed Display Units is what I needed and it did the job just fine, for other 2 there is a option in menu and I could change it by myself.
