tomek2a : Hi - I'm NOT "admin"!! hmm......... this problem is NOT an OBD11 matter - you will get the very same outcome if you use VCDS. Both diagnostic devices simply display the options that are available from the control module.
Not ALL modules have the options shown in the video - which uses a 6C0 series module. You don't say which hex44 module is on this car - but I suspect that it doesn't have the Basic Setting option that's shown

I'm not being so definite because I know nothing about this car, or the module that is installed !
What I have said and what I'm saying is that the Basic Setting function from OBD11 will report whatever options are available in the module. VCDS and ODIS does exactly the same - it reports whatever options are in the module.
If your module doesn't report the channel in your video - it will be because that channel isn't in the module
The module in the video is a 6C2-909-144 AG. This is a steering column module for a RHD VW Polo 6C, Fabia III, Ibiza IV/V (i.e. PQ25/PQ26 build platform). I'm not sure what model car your picture is from - because you don't disclose this information in your posts (I don't know why this fundamental piece of data has been kept secret?).
