Hi all,
I got an ecu tune a few months ago and recently noticed my cruise control doesn’t work in my 2015 VW Jetta S (2.0l 8v) w/ Technology. Pressing the button on the steering wheel to switch between trip mileage and speed setting changes nothing. I reached out to the company that did the tune and he told me that new ECU’s come with cruise control disabled by default. He also gave me instructions on how to enable it, however they are for VCDS.
Does anyone know how to enable it using OBDEleven? I have the Pro plan to be able to use long coding, but when I go into the engine module it is just a list of Bytes and Bits with no labels. I didn’t want to go in guessing what goes to what and accidentally brick it.

The coding is the same as vcds if you share the instructions somebody can turn it into OBD11 format

on some occasions, the cruise control will become disabled after flashing. this happens whether the ecu is original to the car or not. “it needs to be re-enabled with a scan tool, wiki.ross-tech.com/wiki/index.php/Checking_Cruise_Control_using_Measuring_ValuesDBW (Drive-by-Wire) Factory fresh ECU's often come with cruise control de-activated. [Select] [01 - Engine] [Login - 11] or if that function is not available then use [Coding - 11] instead Enter 11463 to activate cruise control [Do It!]” That is what I was provided.
