Considering a transmission reset through obdeleven pro, but couple of options: soft, hard, keyless... looking for any information on how to proceed. Dealing with a significant "clunk" in my 2014 Q5 3.0T that feels like I'm driving through a large pothole while trying to maintain constant moderate speed. No engine or transmission codes. Have experienced softer "clunks" while slowing to a stop. Haven't driven it since, want to exhaust all options before taking it in.

Hello - I wonder did you find a solution to your problem?
I've an SQ5 3.0 supercharged and I get a "clunk" when changing gears (sometimes). I can't find anyone who can py=ut their finger on the cause of the noise - Audi main dealer told me "we don't know what it is, but don't worry about it!". Very professional - NOT!
I've tried resetting the transmission though the method of holding down the accelerator - made to difference to the sound.
Hope to hear from you - or indeed anyone else who could throw some light on the subject.
