Hello, I have a permanent error in the A5 module (Volkswagen ID.3 trouble code U112300). When trying to encode ACC, the small display shows "ACC not available" and the button on the steering wheel remains inactive. Before coding in the A5 module, I was trying to activate the ACC from block 13, but then I reset all the settings (is it possible that I missed something?). Anyone have an idea where I'm going wrong? Is it possible that my car is not equipped for ACC (I have an assistant for lanes and traffic signs)? Can someone tell me the settings for module 13 and A5 (the original string and pictures of the settings)? VW ID.3 pure performance, 06.21 German edition.
Thanks in advance to all who responded!
p.s. i actually need simple cruise control to maintain highway speed.

For me it's simply that your sensor behind the bumper park is dirty (too many midges stuck to the bumper park), clean the bumper above the number plate properly and the error will go away

Thanks for the help! Every week I wash the car with a steam jet, separately and the car slows down when the cars in front of me slow down. Do you think the problem is with the radar and where exactly is it located. The car did not come with ACC from the factory. In fact, it's enough for me to be able to activate simple cruise control. Do you think that the error that I can't delete and is in red has nothing to do with this?

Then I don't know if it's not original the way it works. Sorry The sensor generates a yellow alarm when there are too many midges on the bumper, so it's impossible to activate the acc in this case.

I post answer from another forum(Facebook group): " Final answer from local diler: Not possible activate acc. For cruise control need 8T8 radar sensor. My car has 8T9 radar sensor(speed limiter without cruise control system and without adaptive cruise control) " . Is it real, or some of dilers doesn't know wath to do in this case?
Haw can I see the sensor type on my car?
Thanks

By going to your garage and explaining the situation. Or by dismantling the bumper to gain access to the sensor in question. If you don't have adaptive ACC, you must have the 8T9 model, I think?

There is probably a way to check the radar sensor type via OBD11. I'll try later. I'm rather wondering, will I be able to adapt the new sensor with OBD11 or do I have to go to the local dealer? Is it possible to activate regular cruise control not ACC?

Did you check the sensor and find out?
