Did u looked at your driveassistence button at steering wheel? It could be u need to activate it there. |

So there is no possibility to activate it? I dont think that this is right, but vw should know what they do. ^^

it seems that there's some HW limitations there, kinda sus from VW.. is it available for you in you in-car store? if so, there could be hope

Same with my car. My dealer told me that there will be a software update in a few months, then it should be possible to install cruise control in the car. In the Netherlands, that is.

I activate it with the indicator stalk or the left button with 0/1 on, didnt know they came without cruise control on them...

I have spoken with Volkswagen Netherlands and Germany. They dont know anything about a software update

I have the same problem since I purchase the car last year.
I have received a major update a week ago, but still no ACC neither in shop or any option to activate it.
The onboard shop has been updated as a part of the update package, and I was crossing fingers, but when I accesed it after the update there wasn't any option to activate ACC paying or in any way, so no hope.
If anybody knows how to activate, at least, GRA; here there is a desperate guy hoping to hear it!
