Hoping someone here who is more experienced with OBDeleven and this type of fault diagnosis can help me try and resolve this issue.
Basically having an intermittent issue where the temperature control knob doesn’t correlate with the temperature of the air being blown out of the vents. My car does not have dual zone auto climate, so it seems like the issue has to do with the temperature flap actuator (5Q0907511H). Sometimes this issue can be fixed by turning the car on and off, or by turning the temp to the opposite extreme for a few seconds.
OBDeleven is giving me two codes: B108F54 - Temperature flap motor, no basic setting B109715 - Temperature flap positioning motor sensor, open circuit/short circuit to B+
I can’t find a definitive answer on whether this is an issue that can be solved with programming, or whether it’s just a faulty actuator. I‘ve tried to adapt flap end stops in OBDeleven but have had no success.
Any help is appreciated! This actuator is quite expensive so hoping to find a simple fix first.

thechuckalolis : Hi. It's not surprising that the flap end-stop adaption hasn't worked - because this basic setting procedure requires no other faults to be present in the module. The B109715 error will need to be addressed first. Alas, an open circuit/short circuit to B+ error is usually a physical/electrical problem - it's not normally a coding issue!
A very quick search of 5Q0907511H suggests that it isn't that expensive (not sure if you intend DIY)
