ct33dst : hi. So, need more information: - is the long-code string that you are attempting to load-back into the ECU legitimate?
- Where did you get the new long-code?.
- How did you lose the original long-code?
- How are you attempting the coding change - one byte at a time, or the complete long-code string in a single attempt?
I assume that you have ignition-ON, Engine-OFF Don

Hello dv52
To answer to your questins i have the long coding from an old obdeleven scan i did to same car the car some how lost keys data from kessy module and on the shop where the car has been sent to be repaired they somehow toched the ECU body to battery + terminal and they damaged the ECU i changed the ecu and kessy module pair the back with odis online now the car start normaly but the new ECU is not coded on long coding shows me 0000000000000 and alot of error code on ECU the new ecu is same part number and Hw as original one but i can not write the long code i have try also one byte at the time and also complete string on a single attempt with no results.i alo try to change the service mode from vw diagnose to coding and its failing its say the conditions have not been meet .If there is a procedure in order to code it back maibe you let me know how to do it the ECU is a EDC17c74 part number 04L907309R
