So I just got obdeleven and I’m surprised by a few things. I can’t seem to find any dashboard or charting.
Also can’t seem to pick and choose live data to view other then one channel at a time. So unless all the data is on one channel I’ll have to create my own channel and refresh my ecu, that’s a little wild imo.
Also the units of measurement are hit and miss. Boost has no units of measurement, it’s mbar.
Iq is listed in what I’m guessing is a lost in translation? mg/H ? It’s mg/stroke. I’m guessing H is an abbreviate for stroke on another language?

Also not sure where the min/max values are coming from in the description. They don’t even align with the factory tuned ecu (alh) in this case. Never mind a tuned ecu. Feels like it’s actually going to confuse more folks then help
N75 for example on factory is 25-95% not 40-95%. On pd150 it’s 20-95%

If you are using iOS Device then they have still not built charts for that.
If you using android then you should be able to use the Chart function.
With regards to the values shown I have certainly raised a number of issues with support but they never get fixed I am afraid. However one thing that can help is go to your settings menu and change the Units between Metric and Imperial and see if that makes any difference. I have certainly seen some weird values when its set to the incorrect setting.

I’m using iOS
Just strange that even the cheapest apps using the cheapest knock off obd2 readers can chart or have a customizable dashboard with gauges, every app on the AppStore lets you pick and choose what data you want to view, not forced to only four values and only the four that happen to be on the same channel.

I am afraid the IOS App is missing lots of good features that the Android device has.
There are currently 4 IOS Developers and 4 Android Dev plus a multitude of Web and embeded software people but the IOS App is well behind on functionality.
They are all currently working on BMW so the VAG App has a lot of bugs that still have not been sorted after many years and i suspect they will take on another German car manufacturer first before working on the backlog.
Great Tool but support not so good especially if you have IOS.

unfortunate. I hadnt realized there was such a difference between the ios and android functionality it still has its uses but the reality is Im going to have todo a lot more work programming my ecu with different combinations of 4 values in channels just to make it useful. Im glad I have vcds, I cant honestly recommend obdeleven after owning both.

Have a C7 A6 CGXB 2012 and no misfire counter. Had it on my 2013 allroad but on my 2012 A6 there is no live misfire counter. Both cars use UDS but yet OBDeleven doesn't show misfire counters. What? Multiple posts starting from 2019 but no word from OBDeleven. Is OBDeleven dead on the VAG side? They seem to be pushing BMW now and have forgotten about the half-finished VAG side of things, especially graphing on iOS which is now approaching about 4 years of them saying they're working on it.
I must say this is why I've stopped recommending OBDeleven to people in the VAG network. No graphing for over 4 years on iOS, multiple missing data channels/UDS data, and a subscription service for something you already bought (luckily I bought it before so I have a lifetime membership)

Me too: I sold my VCDS cable last year after having used OBDEleven with Android for a while. I foolishly presumed that such an inportant feature would be included in the iOS app without checking.
I'm now wanting to do basic troubleshooting on my ABS sensors and have been hampered by this lack of functionality and am planning to pay the significant cost to buy a new VCDS cable because of this limitation..
