Is there a way to allow the car to run at night using sidelights only? the "auto" function activates at 10km/h (6mph) switching the main headlights on. This is making me unpopular with the guards at work who ask we swich to sidelights when approaching the security gates for pass checks. If i could change the "auto" selection speed to say 30km/h (20mph) that would be great.

I'm also interested in this.
Either: 1. Being able to change the speed at which the Auto headlight feature turns on. (Also 10 km/h for me). 2. Somehow enabling the driver to control the light switch. Like... well... a normal car. 3. Changing the light sensitivity for the Auto headlight feature so the lights switch on later. (Sometimes they switch on at 2pm for some apparent reason).

So I was messing around after work today, and found this under Gateway-19 -> Adaptation -> Light Button Module:I tried changing LTM_Beleuchtung_Geschwindigkeits_Schwelle from 20km/h to 40 km/h. (Could not make the speed higher than 40km/h for some reason). What happened was that the AUTO function didn't switch from parking lights to AUTO headlights/low beams until I reached 40km/h. Although, when I got up to 40km/h, I couldn't switch back to parking lights until standing still, I think... Never really had time to mess with it too much. Changing LTM_BGL_Geschwindigkeitsabhängig and LTM_BGL_Geschwindigkeitsabhängig_Parameter didn't feel like it did anything, but might not have tested it enough to understand the result. But the lights still came on after inactivating these and setting speed to 40km/h. But I wonder if any of these other parameters would enable you to have full control over headlights, letting you switch between AUTO, low beam, DRL, parking lights etc as you wish And wonder what LTM, BGL, and GlobalOFF means... (?) Still trying to learn and understand this and lighting (leuchte) coding/adapting. Or if there's any way to change the sensor mapping of RLS/RLFS so the headlights switch on much later. I've found some mapping option for suchbeleuchtung (low beams I think) that has a bunch of x and y values and includes lux (lx) values. I'm new to OBDEleven, so don't take this as "I know this", because I don't. I'm just messing around with what I feel sort of confident about. What we really need is help from dv52 (Australia) haha, the master of light coding.
