ranger2000 : Hi. Alas, I'm having a problem understanding your English (probably because it's not your first language) - but screenshot 1 looks like it comes from a more modern module that uses UDS/ODX protocols whereas screenshot 2 looks like it comes from an older style module.
My expectation is that a Sharan 7N (which commenced in 2010) should have UDS/ODX based modules. Please post-up the equipment details about the 09 module in this car.

ranger2000 : OK, your Guide relates to the Passat B8. This car has an MQB platform build - which means that it uses the newer UDS/ODX protocols for ALL of the modules in the car Now look at the details on your screenshot for the central electrics module - notice that System description = PQ35. This is the build platform for this car - it's different to MQB! More importantly, notice that protocol = KWP2000. This is different to UDS/ODX.
Bottom line= the instructions in your Guide are not compatible with your VW Sharan 7N (it uses older modules)
