Hey, i just bought obdeleven pro for my golf r line 2020. Is it possible to deactive EPB to change rear brake pads? I saw an old forum post about going into Control unit 53 parking brake but this does not exist in my list, is it still possible or do i have to go by the app? Id rather not pay for the apps if possible as its the reason i paid for the pro version.

No, you don't go "into Control unit 53 parking brake" because the mk7 Golf uses UDS/ODX modules. The job of changing brake pads is done vis the Brake module (address 03). See video below:
