Doubt it’s possible and doubt the ECU software has engine management like this present. Also knowing that vehicles that have engine management like this tend to have issues later on with lifters failing.

it is certainly possible at engine tuning companies it is currently possible to write act (active cylinder technology) or cod (cylinder on demand) out in the computer.

Never said it wasn’t capable by tuners, but doubt VW has it present in the ECU to enable. If a tuning shop does it, OBDELEVEN isn’t the source to make it happen. My doubt it’s possible was specifically in reference to your ask.
