There is no specific warning for low coolant level on a mk7 - however, the warning is tied to the engine temperature gunge
If the engine temperature reading is in the area C - the error light will appear on the dashboard indicating a problem with engine cooling (which could result from a number of different reasons - including low "antifreeze level")

Thank you very much Don for your answer.
I thought that just as it warns me of little window cleaning fluid, it would warn me of the lack of Refrigerant.

Hello With all due respect to dv52 (Australia) 's comment, I would like to add that the Golf Mk7, as well as most Volkswagens and other relatively modern cars, " have a coolant level sensor ", regardless of the engine temperature sensor. So plaver , don't worry that when your car has a low coolant level it will notify you in the "FIS" with a "Low Coolant Level" message. The coolant level sensor is in the coolant expansion vessel, it has two parallel pins that enter the interior of the vessel and determine the coolant level; as seen in the JPGs that I attached. All the best.
I add the images of the Engine Temperature sensor and its location; This sensor is the one that indicates the engine operating temperature on the instrument panel clock, taking it from the coolant that cools the engine.
