Hi everyone,

Does someone know the correct Leuchte sets for rear position lamps left and right so I can add a light functions to enable them to be on with the front DRL’s .( TAGFARLICHT)

I know I could use Scandinavian lights but I don’t like all the interior lighting being on all the time ,I find it easier just to add additional light function to the rears .

The car in question is a 2014 Audi A3 s line UK car with I believe led rear lights ? The car is factory standard atm .

Thanks for the reply, I’ve used these Leuchte sets before on seat Ibiza,vw polo and skoda Octavia all of which have a single rear lamp on each side, this worked great with the desired effects.
Now the A3 has twin rear lamps (4 in total) much like golf mk7 , on golf I had to use Leuchte 27 NSL RC6 also plus additional coding for indicator dots etc,again this all worked.

Do you know if the 2014 A3 uses the same Leuchte set numbers for the hatch lights ?

carbonchaos : hmm....... it really does depend on lots of variables like model/build year/type of tails/country etc - that's why I'm constantly asking folk to post-up screenshots of their Leuchte-sets!!

However, as a general response to your question - the answer is both YES and NO: some Leuchte-sets are the same for both Golf and A3 8V - but some Leuchte-sets are different.

For the particular Leuchte-set identified in your post - the A3 8V cars in my MQB platform database allocate Leuchte 27 NSL RC6 to the Right rear fog light (it's called "M42" in the wiring diagram)
