I would be interested in this as well, on/off, or adjust the hold duration. Stock duration is far too aggressive. Thanks.

This is definitely a needed feature. I want to purchase a MK8 Golf R and am refusing to do it unless I can disable hill assist. Every other car I've owned it could be disabled  |

bump. Any work being done on disabling the hill assist? One click app would be great, but long-coding would be appreciated too.
This car is pretty much un-driveable with the hill assist.
