Description of bug: "Build apps yourself using an OCA builder" link in the app give 404, as it takes to a page that no longer exists.

And a reminder that issues below were previously reported and are still not taken care of:

Description of bug: Output test on MIB2 Standard unit does not work. When trying to display screen test pattern, I get "function not supported". Works fine with other diagnostic interfaces, so this is 100% OBDeleven related.
Description of bug: app freezes if trying to save new adaptation value in MIB unit (5F > adaptation > confirmation of installation change)
Description of bug: OCA builder does not allow to save app that contains parameterization with HEX values (A-F). Only datasets with DEC values can be saved.
Description of bug: OCA builder does not allow to input data in EEPROM module if data starts with 0 or data contains HEX values (A-F).
Description of bug: OCA builder does not allow to input data in EEPROM module if data contains more than 9 characters.
Description of bug: OCA builder navigates to "MY APPS" each time user want to save progress of app creation, which makes the work much harder.
