All,
I enabled the automatic unlock app on my MY23 Audi E-tron GE. It cost 100 credits and it is not doing anyting! The app says, it's active. But not doing a damn thing.
Any idea? I have a fully equipped car, with KESSY etc.

I can confirm this. I've also used the 100 credits, but no change. Audi Q8 etron SB 55 MY 2024.
An even better adaptation would be to auto LOCK when you go away from the car (like Renault ZOE for example). When I come TO the car, I don't mind grabbing the handle to unlock the card, I have to open the door as it is anyway.
What bugs me I have to touch the handle every time to lock the card, that's stupid (VAG fault, not OBD Eleven's of course).
Not to mention I have the smart card key and phone key option too. Which (since you have to touch the handle with the card or phone) seems pretty close to an ordinary key we had to insert into the lock years back. Ehhhh

Any updates? I contacted obdeleven support but they suck. They basically want a full dump of the car that takes ages instead of looking into this 100 credit (scam) app!
So pissed off!

Auto unlock is not that important but an auto lock would be great, especially since the myAudi app does not show whether the car is currently locked or unlocked. BTW - I also have a '24 Q8 SB - I have the Premium Plus. Is the smart card key an option for this or is that just for Prestige? Also, does the Q8 have an ability to show where it is parked? |

I’m another victim of the 100 credit auto-unlock scam. I wouldn’t care as much if it was the standard 10 credits, but at 100 credits it should be sure to work. These should all be refunded!

Hi all, new to the forum n still waiting for my OBD to arrive.
Just collected my 24 SB55, car has Adaptive Cruise but not Lane Keep Assist, went to a local workshop to code it, they're using VCDS, but unable to code it. They claim new software has added security, they also experienced similar case with newer Porsh, Lambo n Bentleys.
Not sure if this is the reason

No point in posting those request on the Forum, The one click app developers only look at the Request section.
Contact support via the in app help function or via email support@obdeleven.com
This is a user support forum, very little interaction with Voltas staff, same on the facebook pages as well.
I should also add there is a SFD2 Issue on the MY24 Audi cars which Voltas should be warning you about (no coding is possible) but they say they dont understand the issue yet.

I’ve been exchanging emails with OBD11 support and they’ve been great. They said that they have created a “new vehicle base” for the apps for the Q8 and I should be getting that in the next day or so. I would think that all the new apps are customized to work with the Q8. I’ll post again when I have more information.

As any fyi, OBD11 has all new apps for the Q8 etron, although I’ve let them know that some of them like Auto Unlock is still not working. The AM radio is also not working. That one used to and I let them know that they are using the wrong app.

I am also constantly in contact with obdeleven staff. After they got my full backup they claim that auto unlock is not working for my car. But this is a boldand weird claim especially because the app is still at 100 credits. ANYONE OUT THERE where it works?!?

I have continued to work with OBD11 and they are aware that the Auto Unlock is not working for the ‘24 Q8 e-tron. The customer support has been really good and they are looking into it. For me it’s not a huge issue because the car auto unlock’s when you touch the handle anyway and you need to do that to open the door. For me I was really just trying out the OBD11 feature to see if it would even matter vs the handle unlock.

I tried the TAILIGHT ANIMATION for 100 credits and didn't work. But they refunded me already. So far I only activated the disanble SEATBELT sound and the SCANDINAVIAN DRLs but I dont think the lights are working.
