Same topic, different matter:
I'd like to turn the crystal face always off...
My car salesman told me to pull the plug-in connector, but that's not what I want.

The control of the Crystal Face is with the LED Matrix lights, what I understood in the German Enyaq forum is, that the control unit inside the LED lights have the (full and only) control of the Crystal Face. It would be required to access this part of the lights control unit, but it seems this is not accessible at all.
