Firstly be warned in some countries it is illegal to turn them off and may create a fail at your car test (MOT in UK)

However i have a different car to you but under module 17 there is under adaptions a section called Deactivate seat belt warning: which the notes say can disable both sound and audio warning.

There was also an app so I changed mine to be the US Style 6 bongs and then stop.

Have a check on the web and look through your backup file for items with seat belt in the title
