Hi,
I have a Tiguan R from 2021 , every time I start the car it's in sport mode which drives me nuts. I want it to start in individual mode, or perhaps in eco.
Is there anyway it can either save the last mode it was using OR we can fix it to individual when we start the car?

The manual states that the car will return to standard mode for the transmission and is not able to be changed by coding.
For driver profiles, you must set your driver profile to your specific key and the spare key to the other driver profile for this feature to work. It also requires the last driver to lock their vehicle upon exit. That way if the spare key is used to unlock the vehicle the car knows which profile to use. If you don’t lock the vehicle, the switching will not automatically take effect.

No, the settings for the transmission goes back to Normal (D) in the dash. Other functions like steering, ACC, lights as shown in the info portion of these various settings will stay in either Eco, Sport, or Custom but the transmission will go back to D per the manual.

That is not a problem, I even prefer the D. It's the ACC, DCC and all motor related settings.
So basically I want the driving profile to be one individual after starting. The D or S mode for the transmission are not that important and very easy to switch to sport and back.

Then assign the keys to the profile you want and just make sure you lock the door upon exit.

I don't understand Riehenmotor5, the car always starts in Sport mode.
The car has 4 modes: Eco, Sport, Race and Individual.
Whatever I try, I always start in sport... Do you say there is some hidden trick, since I can't find it.
