We just took delivery of a new Q7 and it came with OEM Illuminated Audi Rings Emblem which we are not keen on.
Is there a way to turn them off?
I have been through all of the menus and much of long programming, but cannot find anything….. and I don’t want to cut the wire.

I am not sure how to code that to turn off, but instead of cutting a wire, there should be an electrical connector somewhere behind the rings, everything electrical in the car has a connector that can be easily separated (usually by pressing a locking tab of sorts) and then you can cover up the connector pin area with electrical tape to keep them water tight, just a thought. Good luck with the new Q7.
