Start/stop complete deactivation method (Ibiza FR 2019)

I want to share with you the start/stop complete deactivation method, which includes removal of all annoying start/stop related messages on infotainment unit and dashboard display. The only indication of start/stop system is the small crossed A logo on dashboard display when stopping the car.
Tested on Ibiza FR 2019 model with MIB2 unit (latest MST2_EU_SE_ZR_P0516T firmware). These adaptations should work on all MQB and PQ26 cars up to 2019 models without SFD, on most 2020 models seems not working.
