I have the Pro plan on an Android device and am unable to connect to some of the control modules. The error is "Unable to communicate..." Is it possible that deleting the app and reloading it would help? If so, what are the steps involved? Would this delete the history saved? Thanks

Do you have Android or IOS as the answer will be different.
History is saved on your account on VoltasIT Servers so as long as you log back into your account you will have history.
If you have Android you can try doing an app Data and or Cache clear ( you will find them under storage in the app)
