I’m brand new to OBDeleven. Purchased the Next Gen Pro module to code a replacement battery in my 2007 Audi S4. After connecting there does not appear to any control unit for 19 Gateway so the product is basically useless to me. I plan on seeking a refund unless some can point me to a solution for this. Seriously disappointed with it so far. Thanks

Forgot to mention the key crux of this problem - the iPhone. Apparently there is limited functionality on iOS - well that sucks. Now I have to also try to purchase a cheap Android phone just to be able to access the 19 Gateway features. Should have just purchased Ross Tech VCDS.

I would agree there are many features missing on the IOS App and afraid its going to be a long time before they get fixed. However I have not seen the problem with missing control unit but if it were me personally I would try and add the control unit into the gateway support.obdeleven.com/en/articles/5627097-gateway-codingIf you manage to get it added in check out the color if its black then the system is telling you it is not communicating according to obd11

You cannot even access the gateway coding editing function in iOS. This thing is a complete joke and waste of money on the iPhone platform, they ought to be ashamed of themselves for putting this crippled version- SMDH.

Maybe it just might be that my PRO plan has not been activated yet? I just got the device yesterday. Thanks

If you go to the Profile Tab it will show you what type of plan you have.
If it's Basic then you are correct you cant change the Gateway but if its Pro then you can.

Alas, the issue stems from the fact that my car 2007 Audi S4 does not have this 19 Gateway module in OBDeleven. The battery for these older vehicles does not require coding or programming. Apologies for ragging on the program.
