Hello,
Few days ago I did a reset of discovery pro. After that, the parking sensor sounds have changed.
Does anybody know if there is a way to change the sounds?

Volume? Frequency?
Volume is in the Parking Assist settings menu.

They actually changed the sound with the update to 1890.
Beeping is now dinging. I am unaware of any coding to revert this

Yes, no more beeping sound. And on mine, responsivnes on sensor is preety lower after this update. It takes more time to start "dinging".

Hi gents,
I know it's not exactly the topic but I have a question. Yesterday I picked up the car from the dealer's body shop due to a hit and run (front bumper and left headlight replacement). I have the usual parking sensors (4 front and 4 read) but the 2nd one from the left in the front is acting like crazy. Going to "red" and full brake at slow speeds which is kind of frustrating not for me but for the car behind me! almost had a crash this morning at a red light due to this issue.
Is there a way or a procedure to re-calibrate those sensors ? Did they missed some steps? Is there any way to mount them incorrect ? I have spoken to them but as many dealers in Romania they are very stupid and every time they say "there's nothing wrong with the car" .
Sorry for the intrusion. Problem was solved. The "engineer" installed the front license plate holder WAY to low (like 2.5 centimeters lower than the original position). I fix it myself this morning. This again proves that dealership engineers are stupid or they don't care about anything.

This happens even if you lift them. I had to cut out a square on both lower corners of the license plate holder. About 1cm2 from both sides. It used to start "dinging" on trafic light stops, when parked... Now it never starts on its own.

Dunno what to say. After rising the holder about 3cm this issue was fixed and they never start without reason.
