Reset change oil notification via ODD11 - running into issue

I recently did an oil change on my car and I decided to use OBD11 to reset the values and also change the max value from 10000 miles to 5000. I saw the change took place on my radio screen but the mileage was not counting down anymore under the service screen on the radio. I back tracked my changes and put everything back to stock but the oil change mileage is still not counting down. The days are working like normal. I have driven about 84 miles since I changed the oil.
