Because my ECU was remapped and now the turbo and the gear switch sometimes drop some fault code, and somebody told me to try clear adapted values, because maybe it's help. We checked the remapped softver many times and it's good, so the problem is else. So this is the first, what we want to try, before check the turbo and anything else.

Understand what you are trying to do now.
There is a RESET function on each control unit but i have not seen any post's on what this does or what is stored if you use it so I would not use that unless you have somebody that has done it themselves.
The other option is to go through you changes in the history file and put them back to how they were one by one and see if that helps, at least that way you keep track of your changes.
If you are getting fault codes for me I would revers all the code since that faults first started but also have you investigated what the fault code is telling you as for example I get random fault codes on my DSG box that clear off and dont come back for a while so I dont worry.
If you post the error codes happy to look and see if there is any info out there on them.
Anybody else seen this issue that can help

But can You tell me please the reset steps for each unit?

If you go to each control unit that you want to investigate and take the History option. This will show you on screen (see obdeleven.proboards.com/thread/97/history) what changes have been applied to this control unit via OBD11. You can then go back into the relevant adaption, basic setting, long coding, app screen and change the values back to what they were before. Personally I would export it all to Excel and make it easy to read and change back. Then run your scan and see if your errors have gone. What errors are you seeing and are you able to clear them or do they not allow you to do that. I do not know what or how the Reset option works so don't do that unless you have somebody who knows how it works helping you. The other thing to do if you have it is compare a pre and post change backup file,

UPDATE:
So thanks everything. We changed the actuator and calibrated it. Now everything works perfectly. My old actuator was a little bit sticky, and when the cumputer tested it, sometimes it can't reach the end points so that was the problem.
