One day it's fine, next day it's not and says "device not authorized"..
OK... Uninstall and unpair, reinstall and repair, says device needs updating, it begins the process, but then says I need a network connection...
OK. Tried it with 5G and wifi. Neither worked. (Android) Now what?

"Device is not authorized" - try to re-install the application if the issue persists, please, contact our Customer Support by providing your purchase.
You have tried the re-install and it dont work so contact support via in app help function or via email support@obdeleven.com
I seem to recall this means the dongle is broken but happy to be proved wrong but they will want you to prove when and where you purchased as the 2 year warranty only applied if you purchased it from OBD11 or AUTHORIZED reseller
