I recently changed my battery (EFB) slightly higher 65 Amp/hour rather than previous 59 - I coded the four fields necessary. After a few trips I checked with a new scan (no previous faults) no I get this report. Thankfully the voltage seems good No sure what current is being used . just stationary and ignition on. Anyone else seen this

did some searching..
seems there is some load on a circuit it isn't expecting.
I have a couple of things on a fuse in the fuse holder board.. dashcam and reversing camera feed WiFi transmitter.. I'll pull the fuse tomorrow and see if fault goes away. Might have to split the load if I can find what spare fuse holder I can use.
No idea why this has happened with a battery change?
will report back.

Well..
I forgot to specify the fault code which was U140600 in the text
I cleared the fault and removed one of the loads on the fuse and no more High static current.
I have ordered another piggyback fuse holder and will find a spare empty fuse.. I'll update later on when i have fitted the new fuse splitter

well I can confirm my diagnosis of the problem and error U140600.
Unexpected Static High current on one circuit.. the load (in amps) isn't specified or the parameters for reaching the threshold and hence reporting the high load.
However removal of the extra load to the reversing camera and subsequently putting that load onto another (unused) fuse space has allowed both the dashcam and the reversing camera to run without any errors reported now.
Still not exactly sure why fitting a new battery threw up the error; unless the lower voltage and hence lower amperage available, is lower all round? Who knows
I hope this helps others here.

Which fuse did you remove??? I’m currently having the exact same issue.

it was 56 ironically after trying other places i put it back.. meaning temporarily ... but it has not complained since. I'm wondering if it has learned something? it has been back in place since the last post May 2023 what are you connecting to the fuse... just out of interest..

Car died one morning battery ended up being bad. Bought a new one, did the adaptation and now static current high. Also Energy Management pops up with it, I’m assuming that’s just the side affect of the current draw.
