what type of lamps in the new fog-lights (it matters). Are there 9 x wires in the loom that connects to the rotary light switch?

Un switch is 7 cables. 4 in the conexión and 3 for move the ligths Up and down. The lamps are H11 led. The road ligths IS fine when push the Fog ligths buton, but Fog ligths IS not working. The obd no detect problems.

"Audi A3 8V 2013"? A car with these specs could be a first version incarnation MQB platform build vehicle - but it could also be a remnant of the previous generation 8L fleet (PQ35 build platform) which ended in 2013.
My hunch is this car is the latter type because of your "7 cable" response. On a MQB car, the loom for the rotary-light-switch has either 8 x wires, or 9 x wires depending on whether it is factory fitted with fog-lights. If I'm correct, this is the wrong forum!
