I have had obd11 for more than one year, never had get into sound system. Module 47. I can remove fault codes (all faults from start screen), for example if subwoofer has removed and there are fault of that.

Do you have an S trim? The smaller infotainment screen that has two knobs?

This is EU model Style with discover media and H/K extra. Updated to 1941, did not help.

You updated your infotainment to 1941? There's something you can try that might help but I'm not the developer. On the menu where it lists all the modules you can hit the pencil button and it lets you turn on and off modules. When I went in there I found alot of modules that had the same name but only one was turned on. I think it's suppose to autodetect them but maybe try turning on everything that relates to the sound system
