I have been trying to perform a forced DPF regeneration on my 2015 Golf TDI and haven't managed to get it to work. My first question is where do you enter 27971 code? I have tried under security access and adaptation and haven't had any luck. My other question is about brake and pedal timing. Am I supposed to be releasing the brake and engaging the gas together?
Thanks in advance.

Engine above 70? You put it in EOL Service mode? Then do security access Sometimes it doesn’t work first time, you need to go through 2-3 times before it starts Pretty sure you hold the brake then let go and press the throttle

All those conditions were met. Apparently there was too much soot to regen. I ended up replacing the DPF. However, glow plugs are still flashing and dpf light is still on. No other issues other than limp mode. Any advice now the the dpf has been changed? I have researched and it looks like driving it for 15 minutes at around 44mph, but I can't due to limp mode.
