Good evening,

I live in Italy and I purchased a used 2012 A4 Allroad 2.0 TFSI that came from USA to Italy in 2015.
The car mounts a MMI 3G Plus system.

I managed very easily to convert the FM radio frequency from NAR to EU through the dedicated obdeleven app.

What I would need to do now is:
- change the DVD region from US to Europe
- change the SIM card frequency from US to Europe
- change the HomeLink garage opener frequency from US to Europe

Do you know if this is possible through Obdeleven coding?

Not sure about the other things but homelink will be the module emitter at the front of the car. You'll need part ending in B or C revision which emits at euro frequencies.

You can just swap out the existing one (probably revision A) behind the front grill for this revised module. Obviously it's already B or C then no need.
