Hello, all! Just bought a 2018 A6 C7 Avant and have three things to do - smartphone interface, rear camera retrofit, and getting rid of this error Car was serviced per plan (received no software upgrades / map upgrades of course, thank you Audi dealer) and MMI now canot connect to server to upgrade online (thank you, Audi). So I'll get a firmware upgrade on SD card, I guess. Maybe they will honor the latest map upgrade that should have been included (2021?). BUT what bugs me the most for now, since 2 years ago, the A6 is showing the error "pre sense disabled", with the B200009 showing in the right seat belt tensioner. Audi dealer did not mention/fix on service intervals. It's not airbag error (so I guess the primary function is fine), but I don't want to drive with an error. I can enable/disable the tensioner, I can see values in OBD11 - but the error cannot be wiped. Is there any solution other than exchanging the whole belt assembly? Appreciate all tips :-) Cheers, Bernhard

Hi Bernhard,
Just wondering if you did find the solution to your problem? I have Audi A8l 2013 and have the fault B200009 - Pretensioner Left - Ctrl. module faulty static. I do not have any Airbag fault lights on in the dash. But I have Audi Pre Sense not available.
