The one click app did not work for me. I went back and forth with support to do it in long code and still could not get this to work. Can you please advise if it's still being looked into creating a working one-click app?

I spent 10 credits to turn off the old one clip app and then activated the V2 for 0 credits. The function still does not work. I started the engine, stepped out of the vehicle with the key FOB, closed the door and was still unable to lock it with the key fob or the door button itself. I then opened the door and tried to lock it via the door panel button and it still wouldn't lock. Please help.

Have you tried to lock with FOB when you inside the car?

Yes I tried that also and it did not lock.

That means your car doesn't support that function.
Deactivate app's and contact our Customer Support for credits refund.
