Tried to manually key in my VIN on the app but it cant recognize. Whats the fix? I am still waiting for the obdeleven to arrive

Thanks for the link and reply. Using the link - vindecoder.eu/volkswagen it detects my VIN but not the other link

good news at least it is recognized by some databases. Sounds like something that Support can fix ping them via the app and hopefully they can fix it quickly.

Did you ever get this issue rectified?
My Arteon has a VIN that even VWServiceandparts.com doesn't recognize, so it doesn't bode well for me if ODBeleven only works on vehicles where it can decode the VIN.

Its been a long time since i have seen VIN issues.
From memory OBD11 subscribe / do a lookup of your VIN code on an external VIN Number database and we have seen issues with wrong car and or missing.
Just contact support and they should be able to do a manual update
