Hello All,
I have a Golf Mk7.5R and also Tiguan 2021 R Line. I purchased NextGen OBDeleven device and credits and the one click apps have worked perfectly with my Mk7.5R using my Android device.
However, on my Tiguan 2021 R Line about 95% of the one click apps say "not supported". I have made sure that the correct model is in fact selected. I have tried removing car from garage, uninstalling and reinstalling the app but still no luck.
Can anyone help with this? I have tried messaging support and got the following response; Sorry to hear that OCA (One-Click App) does not work in your car. OCA (One-Click App) may not work in your car due to control unit hardware and software variations in the same models.
The odd thing is some of the control units are actually the same in my Golf MK7.5R and the Tiguan so their response actually does not make sense.
