Hi, I'm new to the forum. Just plugged my OBDEleven pro in for the first time and have a couple of queries.

1. Half way through the scan an ABS/traction warning popped up on my DIS (car dis, not the app) for a few seconds and then disappeared, is this normal?
2. After scanning completed the app said there were no module errors (happy days) but the screen shut off on my phone as I was reading through and the list disappeared, is it possible to retrieve the data from the last scan? Can't see any scan history/info in the app anywhere.

The car is a 2012 MK2 Audi TTS with the EA113 engine and scanning on a Samsung Galaxy Nexus. All advice appreciated

Ash Hi, I have a different car but I do know that when its scanning you can hear the lights moving, Radio turns off whilst those components are tested so does not surprise me if you see this but hopefully somebody with a similar car can confirm.

With regards to scans I am not aware of any history for the previous scan other than if you actually have a fault.
When you have completed the scan and go into the control unit screen you will see all the control units on your car.
If they have a green button then there are no issues, however if its red then go into the control unit and check out the FAULT section. This will show you the fault that has been picked up.

it would look something like this just click on the google sign and it will search internet to explain what code means.

whataboutthis: zuhair3434 just to confirm you are using the VAG app for your VW and the non VAG app for your BMW, in which case if you are using the non VAG app it should work and show you the OCA. Dec 1, 2024 15:27:09 GMT
