I recently got the dreaded aurbag warning light and my steering controls stopped working. I replaced the clockspring in my 2016 Skoda Superb Kombi Mk III
I was told i need to update the long code in 16 - Steering Column. The code i was trying to enter is 6410 As the updated code went to 0010.
I'm getting fault code 31(the function is not supported when i try to enter the long code via hex. It seems to be the boxes for adaptive cruise control which are the issue.
Has anybody faced this issue or know of any resolution? Without being able to update the code in getting a while bunch of errors about not being able to communicate with the steering wheel
