Delete of traffic regulations message displayed on entertainment unit on startup

On starting the vehicle, with someone in the passenger seat, the entertainment unit will display "For your own safety, please follow traffic regulations at all times" and the only way to get rid of this message is to press OK

Please create an app that removes this annoying and unsafe message on startup.
