Hi,
I tried to connect with my Q4, but is does not work.
After I put the dongle in the OBD port, I push connect in the app.
Then I choose the OBD dongle from the BT list.
After 30 seconds I hear my MMI lowering volume, the app wants to connect but within 1 second it looses connecting and returns to the connect screen.
If I then want to connect again, it tells me after 20 seconds to turn on the ignition, which is on.
To make sure I do not make a mistake, I connect with my A1, which works fine.
Takes as usual 30 seconds, but then it connects fine.
Any suggestions?
