Hi all,
I do not have adaptive cruise controle, but I can buy it via Functions on Demand. The car is ready for it, it is only missing the rights. Is there a way to activate this function by OBD?
Thanks for any help.

I doubt very much all of the sensors are fitted and you won’t have the adaptive cruise stalk. . If they are it can be done through adaptation and coding through various control modules

hmm....... AFAIK (and I'm happy to be proven wrong) and for the Audi fleet of cars, ACC is what's called "SWAP" (Software As Product).
This means that even if the physical equipment is retrofitted to a car -to enable ACC, a Facility Enabling Code (FEC) is needed. This FEC is generated by the Audi diagnostic tool ODIS and it's tied to the car's VIN - so it won't work on another vehicle!!
Bottom line = not possible as a DIY project without a dealer intervention (I think)

It won't be a DIY. The car is fully ready for ACC. I can buy a one month test period for 1 euro via Functions on Demand in the Audi app.
