Maybe a basic question but I've scoured the internet and can't figure it out:
How to export full autoscan and adaptations of slected control modules using OBDeleven?
(Audi a4 b9)
Thanks for the help.

przemmo : Hi. Try this: - Fire-up OBD11 software (you don't need to plug-in the dongle into the car's OBD port)
- Select the Garage tab at the bottom of the Home screen
- Select the car if you have multiple vehicles registered to your OBD11 account
- Select History
- Follow the screenshot prompts below

iroc82 : hmm.... not sure that I understand the question!
If you want records of long-code changes to be included in your History log - simply scroll-down the Filter screen (2nd screenshot in my instructions) and tick the long-coding option (and the option for any other information that you want).

OK - the facility to add pictures/screenshots is simply done with the normal forum post buttons

OK- I can't read the information - but since your original question was how to export your SCAN report - I assume that the matter is resolved successfully

Not realy. My problem is that the long Coding will not exported to the textfile. I select it at the filters but it will not exported.

René - yes, but your issue is about how OBD11 creates the underlying data in their SCAN reports - rather than about what is exported!! I happen to share your disappointment about the default set-up for OBD11 with regard to the SCAN information. As I have said many times in the past - VCDS produces far better SCAN reports that are much more valuable for diagnostic and for general information purposes (IMHO, of course)
I'm not sure why OBD11 scans are so information limited as a default product - I guess that the designers on the OBD11 mother-ship have their own definition of what constitutes a SCAN.
For me, a SCAN should identify ALL (repeat "ALL" for emphasis) modules that are installed in a car - including individual long-code strings for each module that has this facility. And by "ALL modules" - I mean not only the primary modules that have full CAN registration - but also each and every module that OBD11 calls a Subsystem!!
The other very useful feature of VCDS scans is the module summary section in the opening part of the report. It's real easy on modern cars that have lots of modules to quickly run-down the summary list to identify which of the many modules have recorded fault data. An extremely valuable facility - IMHO, of course
Anyway - I live in hope !!!

Hello Don. Thanks for your answers. Ok, I have to live with that, what I get with the autoscans. Maybe in future it will be better. 😀

just to add a small point to those reading this for a simple download but not working according to the excellent instructions above...
Try another device/tablet with the App installed.
I could not get the prompt for me to email the file 'too' when using my phone. However it worked, as instructed above, on my Samsung tablet first time
