Hi,
is there any way to increase time of semi-self driving without need of placing hands on steering wheel? Any coding possible ?

Hmm...........my apology for writing a reply that I suspect will disappoint (because I assume you are expecting an erudite response with exacting detail of coding changes to the front-facing camera module) - but maybe try a very low-tech solution:
The "self driving" function operates via a travel-assist algorithm that calculates a counter-force that is needed to oppose the self-drive position of the steering wheel. I don't think that it matters whether the counter force is in the direction of the steering wheel movement, or whether it is opposite to the calculated direction - my hunch is that there simply needs to be an extra physical force provided by something during a set regular period to disable the beep/warning message.
I've not tried this low-tech solution - but I suspect that the strategically placed water bottle in the video supplies this counter-force. My guess is that the important aspect of this low-tech method is the size of the water bottle and the fact that it is only partially full (meaning that a FULL water bottle probably won't work)!!
Anyhow, I make no comment on the legal or the safety issues related to the "water bottle" method (which likely will also apply to a high-tech solution).
And of course, I most certainly don't recommend tampering with the factory operation of this drive-assist facility
