Hey everyone, like the title says, I upgraded to a new phone and can no longer logon to the app. I believe I used Facebook (unfortunately) to create the account initially. So I chose the logon with FB icon, it redirects me to accept the logon to the external plugin site, then shoots me back to the OBDeleven app logon but it just sits there, frozen. I cant do anything at this point. So I kill the app, and then choose the password reset option using my main email, but I dont receive any email from OBDeleven about a password reset, so I assume this email was not used. I will try reinstalling the app, but has anyone had this issue before? TIA

Contact support via the in app help function they will be able to tell you what to do.
