The reversing camera starts automatically when you engage reverse gear - as it should do.
BUT
The screen does not return to normal when engaging a forward gear ("Drive" in my case with DSG) it only returns to normal when you reach approx 10 mph, this is extremely annoying, for example, leaving a car park and you want to see the sat nav to know which way to turn.
I don’t understand why you have to get to 10mph going forward ? I can’t think of a reason why this would be an advantage ?
You can dismiss the reversing camera screen manually by pressing the "X" but you have to take your eyes off the road.
Does anybody know if it’s possible to return to the normal screen as soon as you engage a forward gear ?
