I own a 2016 Skoda octavia 2.0 TDI DSG. I bought the car used. Ever since I have bought the car, it has had the automatic headlight fault. The fault comes up whenever I put the light switch on Auto. The lights turn on even though it is bright and sunny. The wipers keep wiping continuously if I put the wiper stalk on INIT. The OBDeleven scan shows "Rain/Light recognition sensor - No communication" Fault code U10F600, status is static. I have checked the wiring and it was plugged in properly. So I ordered a used module from ebay with part number 5q0955559a, same as already installed in the car. On installing the new used sensor, I get the same fault. So far I have replaced the sensor, checked the wiring if its plugged properly and I have also checked fuse 8 of fuse box but the problem has not been solved. Your codings are very weird for me. Why „Transport Mode“ is activated in 09? Switch it off. This might disable units or sensors while transporting the car.
And i cannot find any Menu or setting with „RLS“. Neither in any Subsystem nor in a 4B Module which is not listed anyway.

Sorry for the extremely late reply. Light sensor in byte 7 of module 9. I have disabled transport mode as per your advice, but it did not change anything
